Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. This exceeds the 14-day minimum withdrawal period under Icelandic Consumer Contracts Act (No. 16/2016).

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

        The item must be unused and in its original condition.

        The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

        You must contact us before sending the item back.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

        Personalised or custom-made items.

        Hygiene products that have been opened.

        Gift cards.

4. How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@lavish.is or call +354 422 7474, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Return shipping is free of charge — Lavish covers the cost.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
