1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lavish ehf. online store (lavish.is) and all transactions conducted through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms.

Lavish ehf., Icelandic ID (kennitala) 430226-1180, VAT number 160518, registered at Fjöruklöpp 4, 250 Suðurnesjabær, Iceland, operates the service.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing. All prices are listed in Icelandic krónur (ISK) and include value-added tax (VSK/VAT). We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing and product descriptions.

If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Orders and Payments

An order is considered binding once payment has been confirmed through the Teya payment gateway. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse orders if items are out of stock or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

Delivery is handled through Dropp. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. Shipping is free for orders over 15,000 ISK. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

Lavish is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, design, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Lavish ehf. or the respective rights holders. This content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The online store is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Icelandic consumer protection law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect when they are published on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjanes, unless otherwise required by law.
